[PATCH] updated DE localization #160

I've translated the missing strings, and corrected a few typos and
grammatical errors. I also updated a few messages to better fit with
the style Apple uses.

I've also added two missing NSLocalizedString() uses in
ConfiurationManager.m. One requires a new string, for the folder name
to be used for the empty config folder.
