- bracelet should be dormant if it isn't worn, but is rezzed  
- make the telemetry hud work: use LCK as a model (collapsible huds)  
- also, can we assign the bracelet as a hud badge and still Move the
avatar? maybe using restrained life api?

RestrainedLife/OpenCollar/Horizons/PIVOTE/Sloodle-blog/Telemetry HUDs linked 
child
prims (ie buttons) in a LCK-like HUD 
- GOTTA WATCH TO MAINTAIN LIGHT SCRIPT EXECUTION FOOTPRINT: this is the most
important factor, as each of these will be concurrently running scripts
- telemetry:

- spec has changed, must work with new qs parameters as defined by the Telemetry
STUDIO project (coordinate with craig.symington@normed.ca)
