get ALL chattable APIs tested and working (on assigned channels!!) :
- this is the most heavily used asset type! 
- holodeck and sloodle APIs are a must
 - so is the controller and multi-casts

llRegionSay must be hidden when target=avatarKey, objs are ok.

modes needed for submitIt():
submitIt:

- holodeck scene/shell name is the 'name' in assetmapnode, NOT chat option value
(also fix the val in the SLSequence)
- still not removing assets from sequence correctly
- show scene/shell drop-down in assetEdit.html
- sending new holodeck scenes/shells when they get added
