Add hour statistics to the time list

Statistics should be updated based on the selected search criteria.

The following statistics should be calculated:

• Total Hours
• Billable Hours
• Accepted Hours
• Accepted Billable Hours

It should look like the timesheet hour totals in the middle of the header.
