Dashboard timesheet updates

• [x] Cleanup/remove clients/projects/charge codes from get dashboard time response
  • [ ] We may need to keep projects/activities so we can populate the activities dropdowns however, but since we switched to autocomplete most of these I don't believe are being used, if we need client/project names we can add to get charge code response and pull from the selected charge code instead
• [x] Move charge code into staff dashboard service as shareReplayed observable
• [x] Duplicate time show date modal and let staff enter new date, add min date validator for staff cutoff date
• [x] Need a Reset button that clears search, sets period to Day and date to Today

• Remove Clients/Projects/Activities/ChargeCodes from GetDashboardTimeV1
• Make ProjectId nulllable on GetProjectActivitiesV1 (so we can filter to it based on the projectId)
• Add ProjectId to the GetProjectActivitiesV1 record model (So we can filter client side)
