Include and Exclude incorrect formatting #11

The example given in the readme for the include and exclude is incorrect formatting. Should change it to this

    include: [] # optional, e.g. '["dist"]'
    exclude: [] # optional, e.g. '["node_modules/**", ".git/**", "*.env"]'
