Super work! Left some comments with questions for my learning but I understand a lot more than when I started. I looked into anchor basics on the counter examples and etc. today. Going to look into minting an nft with anchor/underdog tomorrow - although if via webhooks and airtable or some kind of frontend, then I might look into the bounty and escrow side so I can learn more about the instruction implementation of smart contracts there. Going to give other's time to review and approve but looks good to me.

That's awesome. I think we can start by minting NFTs based on the verification list and then find something more clever and safe later on.
