Bug: Success of compatibility templates is not consistent #1626

I have found using both my primary machine and virtual machines, that the success of templates is not consistent; once one template begins working, other settings that appeared to break functionality before, don't break functionality upon reboot. Once you get a working driver/template, conversely, a subsequent fresh install of sandboxie invalidates all progress, and the previous settings that worked, no no longer work.

Thus due to buggy implementation, it is currently impossible to determine the proper template.

This problem is notable and re-searchable with listary v5 or v6, within a browser such as firefox.

Once listary and its template is installed, firefox save as dialogue should jump to the last folder opened in explorer.

Template modifications used will work inconsistently.

if you take the sandboxie.ini from the working install i assume than it works agian? could you please compare teh new and old ini and try to find out what the breaking difference is exactly?

It is template.ini, and I think its ok. Copying the template on fresh install does not fix anything. The one consistent thing is that the problem always starts on a fresh install, and for some reason I believe the problem disappears after a few days without any intervention. I will have to look into this further. This happens for me in virtual machine, and my machine on metal.

Strange bug!

Just updated to SBIE 1.5.1, and I noticed that Listary is working now, mostly. Jumping from an explorer window to sandboxed firefox save as, or open box works properly. Only issue is the listary box is not linked to the bottom of the save as window... its free floating.
