Thank you for the precise steps, this can be considered the part 2 of the following issue: #1051 I can reproduce it clearly on Windows 10 too, but it is difficult for me to trace the cause.
Any outside help in finding at least a workaround would be appreciated.
What happened?
Tixati (torrent client) can't run correctly on Sandboxie plus.

To Reproduce
1- Extract tixati_Windows32bit.exe and tixati_portable_mode.txt to the same folder (the text file is necessary to activate portable mode). 2- Run the executable. 3- Click I Agree when the license agreement appears on screen. 4- Initial configuration window will show up. Close it. 5- File And link association windows will show up. Close it as well. 6- The program will complain: Download folder not found.
Notes: -If i create a folder in the same directory where i extracted the program, and i name it downloads before running the exacutable, Tixati doesn't complain about downloads folder. However, the program stops responding completely. -With the installer version of Tixati, the installation proceeds with no issues. But, the same problems happen when i start Tixati after installing it.
Expected behavior
Tixati portable should create the downloads folder normally, and shouldn't stop responding.

I don't think it's a regression. Sandboxie v5.20 is affected as well.
