sandman crashed when open inbox in game EVE online

What happened?

sandman crashed when i opened inbox in game eve online (serenity). sandboxie plus manager exited immediately, and the game resumed after one or two minutes of freezing.

run the game and login
wait game to finish loading
open inbox
game freezed and sandman crashed with a dialog

Expected behavior

nothing would happen with sandman
