D3D11 compatible GPU (feature level 11.0 shader model 5.0) is required to run the engine

What happened?

Everytime I go to run a game on Sandboxie, regardless of what it is it tells my something along the lines of my GPU being incompatible (for steam) meanwhile when I run steam normally, all my games run perfectly fine I'm just unable to play through sandbox and this issue didn't arise until 2 days ago where out of the blue it just stopped worked. I've tried to downgrade from sandbox plus to the classic and I'm still having these issues, I've restarted my PC as well as wiped all my sandbox files and reinstalled and I'm still having this issue.

For example, when I try to run VR chat it says "Failed to initialize graphics. Make sure you have DirectX 11 installed, have up to date drivers for your graphics card and have not disabled 3D acceleration in display settings. InitalizeEngineGraphics failed"

Keep in mind everything I have is up to date, my GPU and I'm able to run dx11 and dx12 fine out of sandbox. Is this normal or am I doing something wrong all of a sudden?

Where is the program located?

The program is installed only outside the sandbox.

Can you reproduce this problem on an empty sandbox?

I can confirm it also on an empty sandbox.
