Python Error with Stable Diffusion Web UI #3628

Describe what you noticed and did

I assume this is just a problem with resource access but I don't know what I should add. Adding python.exe for "open" didn't work. How can I fix this error? Screenshot (3)

When I try to launch Stable Diffusion Web UI (Automatic1111)

The program is installed only inside a sandbox (NOT in the real system anyway).

No, not at all.

I recently did a new clean installation.

In which sandbox type you have this problem?

In a hardened sandbox with data protection (red sandbox icon).

Can you reproduce this problem on a new empty sandbox?

I can confirm it also on a new empty sandbox.

What is your Windows edition and version?

Windows 10 22H2

In which Windows account you have this problem?

A local account (Administrator).

Try changing the sandbox type to Application Compartment with Data Protection (cyan sandbox icon).

Yes this allows it to run, but is there a way I can add an exclusion to allow it in red? If not, then maybe a compatibility template in the future? I want to install stable diffusion on the same box I use browser for since you need it to access UI. It uses alot of space with several models and I'd rather not have to split my disk into two boxes.
