SbieHide plugin compatibility

When using SbieHide plugin, Sandboxie-Plus can't run the application normally, even if there is a process ID, it can't be opened normally. Sandboxie-Plus is a brand new installation, and no settings have been changed, as long as this DLL file is loaded, most of the programs can't be opened normally, but after unloading it, they can be opened normally.
