8 hours ago Do you have Firefox installed? I had same issue until I removed Firefox from the system. Simply uninstalling it did not work, I had to totally remove it:

Right click to open any directory in sandbox, we have to wait for around 5s to achieve that. Might be an incompatibility issue?
