I'm a little confused with the latest version of Sandboxie-Plus V-0.7.2. In my Windows 10 tray i see two icons Sandboxie Control and Sandboxie-Plus. (see sandboxie-plus.PNG) When I download a file in sandboxed chrome i get two notifications, one from classic sandbox and one from Sandboxie-Plus. (see sandboxie-plus-2.PNG) I don't think this shouldn't be happening. So now i have options in Sandboxie Control which is classic Sandboxie and options in Sandboxie-Plus. Is this a bug? I've attached two photos. Thanks.

Maybe, install glitch....maybe, settings glitch. IDK If you have issues with an update installation, just uninstall the previous version keeping the Sandboxie.ini and reinstall the new build.
Note: users may set Start UI preference. image

Plus and Classic have the same core components this means ALL Security fixes as well as ALL Compatibility improvements always apply to both equally. The used UI has no effect on security, compatibility or performance.

https://www.wilderssecurity.com/threads/released-sandboxie-plus-sbie-fork-versions-with-signed-driver.434924/page-21#post-2980854 Plus and Classic builds share core components. Sandboxie-Plus (installer) installs shared core components to Sandboxie-Plus folder. SandboxieInstall (installer) installs core components to Sandboxie folder. Plus users may run Plus UI or Classic UI.

Sandboxie is available in two flavors Plus and Classic. Both have the same core components, this means they have the same level of security and compatibility. Whats different is the user interface the Plus build has a modern Qt based UI which supports all new features that have been added since the project went open source. The Classic build has the old no longer developed MFC based UI, hence it lacks support for modern features, these features can however still be used when manually configured in the Sandboxie.ini

I wont be fixing minor UI issues with the classic ui that I did not cause myself. Also the sandman UI seams to handle high DPI ok. I know many people would like some UI development for the classic UI but that's just to much work for to little improvement.
