Problem: Currently, if a user forgets their password, there's nothing they can do
Solution: Introduce a forgot password option / page
Further description: This is ticket is only for the frontend, specifically implementing the designs that have been created. Actual backend functionality is not required yet -- we'll be connecting them in a different ticket. So, when clicking the button to send an email for the forgotten password, or the change password button (see design), we can just console.log the email or have a popup appear for now
Prerequisite:
[x] Must design page before beginning code implementations -- see design ticket
Specs:
[x] implement forgot password page
[x] console.log email
[x] implement design for what shows up after clicking the send email button
[x] implement design for the page that a user will be sent to after clicking on an email link to set a new password
