Convert Computer Vision page into list of section descriptions

• remove individual sections on home page so the only descriptions are for computer vision, classification, perceptrons, and mlp (like the homepage used to be before the modules were split up). you should be able to do this by removing sections 8.1-8.4 from the module_descriptions.json file
• remove everything from the computer vision page (module_8.json) and instead show a list of the descriptions for the 5 CV sections (images and kernels, gaussian blur, gabor filter, sobel filter, histogram of gradients); this is what we just removed from the home page. to do this, create a new component (something like ComputerVisionList.tsx) which looks pretty similar to LandingPage.tsx except it doesn't have the top code which renders the hero section. you'll also need to create a cv_modules_descriptions.json file to use instead of module_descriptions.json, which should hold the sections you deleted from module_descriptions.json. to add this component to the computer vision page, add a new case to the getDemo function in ModuleSection.tsk to include the ComputerVisionList demo, and set the "demoComp" property within module_8.json to ComputerVisionList.
