Merge perceptron modules into main #173

Warning: there is definitely some buggy code in here; we're only deploying this unfinished version per Professor Mingolla's request. There's some issues with the graph in the final demo and I'm not sure why. Otherwise I'm just trying to give Professor Mingolla whatever we have.
