When attempted to use this gem, the following error message is returned from Bundler:

Your bundle requires gems that depend on each other, creating an infinite loop. Please remove gem 'omniauth-goodreads' and try again.

This is from omniauth-goodreads requiring itself.

@bhardin thanks for submitting this PR, @sandboxws I'm also having this issue.
