Changing Rom Directory to the Ext SDCard on Android Devices? #265

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Android 4.1.1
MAME4Droid Reloaded 1.4

Please provide any additional information below.
Am wondering if there is/will be a way to change the Rom Directory from the 
SDCard0 to Ext SDCard as a way to make Devices with less Storage Space able to 
go to the External Storage that is higher.
For example: I have a Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 which is only 16GB. Have a 16GB MicroSD 
installed which later will be a 32GB. Right now, only have around 1.55GB left 
on the Device, where on the MicroSD, I have about 8.37GB. If I were to have the 
Roms on the MSD, it would free up a good amount of space.

Please Lock Issue as now, with later Devices 4.1.2+ and Later Releases, can 
have Directory and Roms on Micro SD Card.
