Arduino MKR WAN 1310 support #304

In the Readme.md file, the only supported Arduino desk is Arduino MKR WAN 1300.

Is this library compatible with the new Arduino MKR WAN 1310?

If so, it would be beneficial to add that into the readme file. If not, is it forseen to add the Arduino MKR WAN 1310 support @sandeepmistry ?
