TxDone Callback #320

Create a non-blocking callback using the dio0 interrupt.

This txDone would be great. Hopefully, this one will go to new release, soon. (y)

Normally, I have to wait LoRa.endPacket() to complete before switching it back to receive mode. Will txDone made the process faster?

@IoTThinks process faster maybe, it is really necessary to create a really neat protocol using the LoRa library. Make the process free to do other things when the module is sending some data.

you need to manually install master repo, it hasn't been pushed into arduino library manager
