Update to nRF MDK 8.37.0, add nRF52833 and BBC Micro:bit v2 support, secondary Wire1 interface support #439

These changes builds upon's @jhmaloney's work in PR #432 for BBC Micro:bit v2 support.

Overview of changes:

Update to nRF MDK 8.37.0
Support for nRF pin numbers > 31
Adding support for nRF52833
Add new generic nRF52833 variant
Add new BBC Micro:bit v2 variant (@jhmaloney)
Add support for secondary Wire1 interface (@jhmaloney)
Change SPI to use NRF_SPI2 on nRF52 to avoid conflicts with Wire (based on suggestion from @jhmaloney)
