Issue#5 External Part Form (Part Customer Info) attr are not showing up. (Part Company Name Customer is missing) #19

After doing some research, I have found that our lookup file for the mapping is giving us the PUID of the Customer Item. When I created a new Part Customer Info form, and selected "FORD", the print object shows that it is reading the Customer Revision PUID. We need to edit our lookup table to give revision puid, not item puid.
