CSV2TcXML: Clean owning_site="" attributes after generating MatlMaster TcXML files #35

Hi Brian As we discussed, we need to clean owning_site="" attributes after generating MatlMaster TcXML files with CSV2TcXML file.

If we have owning_site="" attribute in the TcXML file,it will import objects with owning_site=AAAAAAAAAAAAAA instead of owning_site=NULL. Both can be treated as LOCAL object but most of the objects thru UI or ITK created as owning_site=NULL,so to make consistent we need to import Matl Master forms also with owning_site=NULL.

We have this issue in tcxml_export also ,I raised an IR last year and its fixed in Tc11.*

Pls remind me I will share the perl file.
