Missing file samples/PicMart/war/gallery.jsp #14

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. checkout the trunk
2. build the sample/PicMart
3. try to open the application in the browser

I get a 404 error, due to /gallery.jsp.  This file does not appear to be in the 
project anywhere.  The project cannot be run without it.

How does it take 3 months to include a file missing from your sample project?

gallery.jsp is still missing.... 5 months... but file is not yet added...

And you can add one more to the waiting list - why even make the toolkit in the 
first place?

That was 20mins I'll never get back. Please delete the gallery sample if it's 
not including all the files.
