IE rollover problem #35

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open the highlighted page in IE 7
2. rollover the "view plain" "copy to clipboard" "print" "?" tags
3. the tags will move horizontally

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should not move. It should stay still

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v1.5.1

to fix this problem, one must declare <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 
1.0 
Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">

    margin-right: 10px;
at
   .dp-highlighter .tools a:hover
on
   SyntaxHighlighter.css

Neither of these proposed fixes worked for me in IE.
