PGRFILEMANAGER Can't Access Root DIrectory #74

I am having difficulty configuring the PGRFILEMANAGER myconfig.php page to use 
in the CK Editor under Concerto. 

I am sure that my path settings are correct, but it continues to give this 
error message 'Can't Access Root Directory'.
