JavaScript not working #1

@thomasjbradley I have been working on my portfolio website but I was going to incorporate the same JavaScript we used for the info panel, but I can't get the JavaScript to work. I have tried to connect my JavaScript like how we connect the CSS but it doesn't seem to work for me. I'm not sure what I'm missing or why my code won't link up with my Java. I was wondering if you could help me with this.

So I got the JavaScript working, kinda... I noticed the Githubissues.
