HDK prototype and test vectors

We may need dedicated HDK test vectors or rely on ARKG test vectors. Who could explore this? Are ARKG test vectors being worked on?

Discussed 2024-06-03. There are no test vectors for ARKG yet as the spec is in flux. When the HDK spec is stable, we’ll work on a prototype:

• that can generate test vectors
• in this repo, but not in package repositories for production use, to manage quality expectations
• ideally in a different language than the implementation languages
