I found the reference in another document but could not get the latest 23220-3 draft. We might want to get in touch with the ISO working group to ensure HDK is considered.

Discussed 2024-06-10. The current proposal is likely to evolve. No need to review right now. Instead, we may propose HDK to ISO after more review.
