Hi there, I have the 500 model and I can't ever get this to work with it. - I'm always seeing this in the logs. I've entered all the Bosch login credentials in. The only issue I can think of is that perhaps there is a signal issue in my garden, as the app perioidically doesn't work, or is it because I used the facebook login on the indego mobile app?
