Update module to be compatible with latest PM/PMD? #3

It's currently not possible to use the code as-is I think, it would be nice to update this.

Hi @sanderclaeys and @frederikgeth, I was hanging around here because I recently created a (private) repo on the Electa-Git (currently shared with Hakan and Arpan), where we are also gathering distribution test cases+PMD parsers. Currently its name is "DistributionTestNetworks.jl" (I guess I subconsciously remembered about this one but wasn't thinking about it when I did that exercise). Anyway, there we don't do IEEE test cases but some openly available Spanish LV feeders Arpan knows of (from a certain city of Santa Pola) and the MV/LV networks from here. For Santa Pola (originally json files) we have parsers from PMD 0.9.x, written by a job student last summer. Arpan and I just filed a proposal to have another student do the MV/LV parser this summer. The MV/LV files are in openDSS, but I don't think they are directly compatible with the PMD opendss parser, because they are a "cluster" of networks, so there is some manual work to do there. Ideally the student can also do an upgrade of Santa Pola to 0.10.x (I think there are some minor changes), but even after that there should be enough time for something else, the student will be hired for 3-4 weeks, in principle. So if you have some loose ends we can try and have the student give a hand here as well. And perhaps ultimately join efforts and go public with all the networks zips+parsers. I am thinking of also moving the ENWL LV from PowerModelsDistributionStateEstimation to the repo. We haven't done any visualization work, not sure what your plans are wrt that.
