I cant find the api URL is this is not the same as on https://github.com/dsmrreader/dsmr-reader? Correct?

You mean how to add this repository to home assistant? Check the Readme on https://github.com/sanderdw/hassio-addons

No i do use an Remote datalogger. I need to configure an url for the remote and https://homeassistant.local doesn't work
