Except for the "child wavy hair", I'll handle that later. I'll just spend some time mapping many existing short hairstyles to all frames and add cutouts.
Other issues I didn't see anything wrong with:

These directories do exist, but I did notice they weren't pointing to the "adult" subdirectory I added, so maybe that's what was being reported here.
As for the shields I don't see anything wrong with that either so I didn't touch it.
