Also added the Facial Mask and fixed mapping the Child "Wavy" hair to all frames, dropping the old "Curly" hair (which was named incorrectly; that "Curly" hair was actually the child version of Wavy) as well. Other facial accessories to come later.
I also made some updates for custom palettes in a subfolder of the palettes, I got tired of manually updating the palettes every time I make a customization so I'm just going to add all custom palettes there.
