Added facial child assets and added palettes for all facial assets in the "custom" palettes directory.
I also added the previously missing Ambidextrous Eyepatch. I only included this because the eyepatch ORIGINALLY was ambidextrous, I created the left/right patch split and left the original ambidextrous one as a separate category, but I forgot to include it in the list.
