Add config.toml as here document #11

Untested as I've given up on Ubuntu, I may try it later this afternoon. Take it more as a suggested fix.

Maybe it's just best to copy the config.toml as part of the script instead...

I have included updated instructions on the CKA slide deck. I want to see how this works out on newer versions of Kubernetes once released. I’ve seen so much differences in this containerd stuff since Kubernetes 1.24.2, that I’d like to see how it will stabilise in the end before making changes to the scripts (which may create new issues in later versions)
