Add option to RegXMLDump to use directory #133

RegXMLDump currently requires the -d option to list all XML metadictionaries. There are many metadictionaries (https://github.com/sandflow/IMF/tree/master/dict). It would be good to be able to give a folder instead of having to list all files.
