Provide pointers to field definitions in the body section #12

Paragraph 5.4: The fields MH (Main Header), TP (Tile-Part), and ESEQ (Extended Sequence Number) are not explained as body header fields. It would be helpful to either direct readers to the main definitions of these fields or replicate the definitions within this section for clarity.
