It doesn't work in IE 11 #2

it's wonderful in Chrome,but it seems ineffective in IE 11.

I didn't do anything to make this compatible with old browsers for now. Maybe autoprefixer could do the trick.

I can't make the animation work, not sure why. At least I moved the stroke-dashoffsets outside the keyframes, so the logo displays correctly as fallback.
