Publish on npm? #4

Because Docusarus doesn't do CSS preprocessing out of the box, maybe one way to integrate the animated logo in prettier's website (see prettier/prettier#3718) would be to publish the logo on npm, with the stylesheets prebuilt. I just switched the DOM rendering to React for that, so it can be used in Docusarus properly.
