igor: clarify max duration error #1355

Currently the error that results from creating a reservation that exceeds duration limits shows the maximum time in hours only. Example:

Max allowable duration for N nodes is Xh0m0s

We should clarify to something like:

max allowable duration for N nodes is XdYhZmAs (you requested QdWhEmRs)
