Feature request: expand vnc to support external servers #1398

I think it would be a good idea if we could vnc control vnc servers that are not running in Minimega. Make it so we can automate hardware in the loop, containers running vnc, esxi, and etc

Something like:

vnc servers add newserverip:5900    # add a vnc server to miniweb / vnc api
vnc servers                         # print added servers
vnc servers remove 0                # remove server with id 0
