The webhost no longer allows building under older versions of go; these changes were required to allow updated to (tip.)minimega.org under go 112. Summary:
app.yaml update
go.mod now required in order to import golang.org/x/net/websocket
A major update to our update.bash script requiring a hack that modifies how we import or dependencies in order to satisfy the new directory structure requirement.
In the future we may need to revisit how this site gets hosted.
