[minitest] Updating '.want' files

Updating the contents of a few .want files for minitest to reflect changes in the minimega code base over the past few years. I have not been able to resolve all of them, and have not tested any of the distributed/ tests.

Single-node tests that still fail:

• cc_io
• cc_reconnect
• router
• router_static
• vm_add_nic

Still a work in progress to fix the above five and to check the distributed tests.
