Fix Intel compile #48

Fixes Intel compile (closing #47). We don't have CI for Intel compiler set up, @NilsBForze can you please test?

How:

Renames all the .f95 files to .f90. Intel doesn't recognize .f95 extensions as Fortran code, although it can be made to do so with special platform-specific flags (/extfor:, -Tf), but I ran into problems with these. Renaming the files just worked.
Fixes some Intel-specific compiler errors and warnings.

My environment:

CMake 3.17.2
ifort (IFORT) 2021.3.0 20210609 (oneAPI)
