Update RegTest case data with double precision #5

The test cases in Test/RegTest data should be offered in both single and double precision.

@whophil are these the test you want to use for Travis CI?

I think these are the only tests this repo has right now, and they could certainly be run under Travis

see #2 response. I just linked Travis CI to the repository, so a yml file needs to be added to configure travis to run these tests
