Add fully-featured example/test case #8

The current test cases do not reflect or demonstrate the newest features. New cases should be added (and the regression tests should be updated as well). The regression tests should check the output of:

  1. Wake element data
  2. Wake grid data
  3. Wall data (sigma or velocity)
