Ge(n,n') data were replaced by the one from the Baghdad Atlas. #17

The Ge(n,n') data in the Baghdad Atlas were added and the present data for the identification of saw-teeth structures were commented.

Once again, thank you very much Dr Furutaka! This additional data is very nice and useful to have in InterSpec.
